The selected papers were subsequently published in Springer&#8217;s <strong>Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies (SIST)<\/strong> collection, one of the most internationally recognized scientific publishers, contributing to the global dissemination of the presented research. <\/p>\n<h2>Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, and Data Science in the spotlight<\/h2>\n<p>The scientific program reflected some of the areas that are currently driving international research, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Artificial Intelligence applied to Marketing;<\/li>\n<li>Machine Learning and Automation;<\/li>\n<li>Machine Learning and Automation;<\/li>\n<li>Digital Marketing;<\/li>\n<li>E-commerce and omnichannel;<\/li>\n<li>Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality;<\/li>\n<li>Blockchain, Web3 and NFTs;<\/li>\n<li>Internet of Things (IoT);<\/li>\n<li>Neuromarketing;<\/li>\n<li>Smart Cities;<\/li>\n<li>Smart Tourism;<\/li>\n<li>User Experience (UX);<\/li>\n<li>Decision Support Systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This thematic diversity made it possible to establish bridges between different scientific areas, demonstrating that technological innovation increasingly depends on collaboration between traditionally distinct disciplines.<\/p>\n<h2>A privileged space for early-career researchers.<\/h2>\n<p>In addition to the presentation of scientific papers, the conference provided a particularly enriching environment for master&#8217;s and doctoral students.<\/p>\n<p>The opportunity to discuss research with international experts, receive constructive feedback, and establish contacts with researchers from different countries is an essential element in the training of new scientists.<\/p>\n<p>As a university professor and researcher, I believe that this type of experience represents one of the most important components of academic training. The internationalization of research happens not only through publications, but also through active participation in conferences where collaborative networks are built and new opportunities for joint research arise. <\/p>\n<h2>Bringing researchers and scientific editors closer together.<\/h2>\n<p>One of the distinguishing aspects of the 2025 edition was the <strong>&#8220;Meeting with Editors&#8221;<\/strong> initiative, which brought together editors from some of the most prestigious international scientific journals in the field of marketing and management.<\/p>\n<p>Among the participants were experts connected to high-impact scientific publications, providing researchers with a rare opportunity to understand editorial criteria, discuss trends in scientific publishing, and clarify doubts about submission and peer review processes.<\/p>\n<p>These sessions represent an important contribution to increasing the quality of scientific production and bringing the research community closer to the main international publication forums.<\/p>\n<h2>Workshops and knowledge sharing<\/h2>\n<p>The program also included specialized workshops, notably sessions dedicated to digital transformation applied to marketing, organizational innovation, and new research methodologies.<\/p>\n<p>These initiatives allowed for the complementation of scientific presentations with a more practical component, promoting the transfer of knowledge between academia and industry and encouraging the development of future lines of research.<\/p>\n<h2>The growing importance of ICMarkTech in the scientific landscape.<\/h2>\n<p>Throughout its seven editions, ICMarkTech has established itself as one of the leading international scientific events dedicated to technologies applied to
